Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions our overseas buyers ask most often before placing an order. If your question is not listed, send it to us and we will reply within 24 hours.

Ordering, Payment & Delivery

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ is flexible and depends on the model. For most standard motors and pumps we accept a small trial order so you can check quality before bulk purchase. Mixed models in one container are also supported. For large-volume or OEM orders we quote by container (20GP / 40HQ). Please tell us the model and quantity you need and we will confirm the MOQ in writing.

What payment terms do you accept?
  • T/T: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment (or against the B/L copy) for regular orders.
  • L/C at sight: accepted for large orders.
  • Small orders (under USD 1,000): 100% T/T in advance.
  • We do not accept D/A or O/A.

All prices are quoted on request after we receive your specifications; prices depend on model, quantity, voltage and destination.

How long is the lead time?
  • Samples: about 7 days.
  • Mass production: generally 20–30 days after receiving the deposit and your final confirmation of drawings/specifications.
  • Lead time may vary with order volume and seasonal demand; we will give a firm schedule with the quotation.
What is the product warranty?

We provide a 12-month warranty from shipment covering materials and workmanship under normal use. Damage caused by misuse, wrong voltage, overload or improper installation is not covered. We supply spare parts and remote technical support for after-sales issues.

Can you do OEM / private label with our own brand?

Yes, we support OEM and ODM. We can print your logo, customize the nameplate, body color, packaging and user manual to match your market. OEM conditions (quantity) are confirmed per order.

What certificates and export documents do you provide?

Our products carry CE certification and our factory holds ISO 9001 quality management; selected models are covered by ATEX. For customs clearance we can supply Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (including Form E where applicable), test report and certificate of conformance on request.

How do you control quality?

Every motor and pump is tested before packing (insulation, no-load run, hydraulic/flow test for pumps). We follow a strict incoming-inspection, in-line inspection and final-inspection process, and can provide inspection reports on request.

How are the goods shipped, and which Incoterms do you use?

Mainly by sea (LCL/FCL), with air or express for samples/urgent parts. We work with FOB, CIF and CFR terms. Freight cost depends on weight, volume and destination; we calculate it precisely after receiving your full order details.

Can you send a sample before bulk order?

Yes. Sample and courier costs are charged upfront; sample fee can be credited against your bulk order. Contact us for the sample cost and delivery time of the specific model.

Technical Selection

What information do you need to quote the right motor?

To avoid a wrong match, please provide:

  • Rated power (kW / HP) and poles or speed (RPM);
  • Voltage, frequency and phase (e.g. 220V/50Hz single-phase, 380V/60Hz three-phase);
  • Mounting type (foot, flange, B3/B5/B35) and frame size if known;
  • Protection class (IP) and insulation class required;
  • Duty cycle, hours per day and startup method (DOL, star-delta, soft starter, VFD);
  • What load the motor drives (pump, fan, compressor, conveyor, machine tool).

If you have the old nameplate, send a photo and we will match it.

What voltages and frequencies can you supply?

We customize to your local grid: 110V/220V and 50Hz/60Hz for single-phase, and standard three-phase voltages such as 220/380/415/440V on request. Non-standard voltages can be discussed per order.

Which efficiency classes are available?

We offer the standard Y2 series and IE2/YE2, IE3/YE3, IE4/YE4 high-efficiency three-phase motors. The best class depends on your typical load and running hours rather than the highest label; we recommend the most cost-efficient option for your duty.

What protection and insulation ratings are standard?

Standard ratings include IP54/IP55 enclosure and Class F insulation; higher protection or special coatings can be supplied for dusty, damp or outdoor environments.

What data do you need to quote a water pump?
  • Required flow (m³/h or GPM) and head (m / feet);
  • Liquid (clean water, sewage, chemical) and suction condition;
  • Power, voltage and the application (agriculture, municipal supply, drainage, deep well, domestic);
  • Installation environment and pipe size if known.
Can you match my existing motor nameplate or provide drawings?

Yes. Send the nameplate photo or dimensions; we match power, speed, shaft, flange and mounting, and can supply outline drawings before production.
